Flyer Survey  - Get 1 FREE Book when you submit the survey.

For the lucky few people who received a flyer or brochure for religious books in the Phoenix area over the last half of year 2025, you now have the opportunity to receive one FREE book listed on the flyer or brochure just by answering a few questions on our Flyer Survey.

Please do a copy and paste of the questions into a word document to answer the questions, then copy and paste into an email to send back to us. Put “Flyer Survey” into the subject line. Thank you.

Which flyer or brochure did you receive? Flyer with 4 books on it; flyer with 3 books on it or the “Help for Our Time” brochure with 3 books on it.

The book you choose will be made available at a local store in the North Central Phoenix area.

All you have to do is submit the filled out survey, your name and which book you want. You will then be notified by email of the store location where you can pick it up and when you can pick it up.

NOTE: Survey is only good for those living in the North Phoenix Metro Area. Books will NOT be mailed. You must pick them up in person.
